Payment and Gratuity
There is a 3.5% service change on all credit card transactions. Gratuities are cash only. The industry average is 15%—20% of the service price and is always a matter of choice. We have an ATM machine on premise.
Hair and chemical services vary according to individual stylists, coloring techniques or length of hair. Get an exact quote for your specific needs by scheduling a complimentary consultation.
We respectfully request you cancel your appointment within 48-hours of your scheduled service(s). For cancellations made under 48-hours, a charge of 25% will be incurred. No shows will be charged 50% the scheduled services booked.
Exchanges and Returns
If for some reason you are unhappy with any hair products purchased at our salon, they may be exchanged for another product within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Client Satisfaction
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 48-hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we perform hair services on clients over the age of 12. Any children in the salon under the age of 10 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian who is not receiving hair services that day.
Cell Phone Usage
We ask that clients refrain having their ringer on their cell phones in the salon. Complimentary charging stations are available if you need to power up.
